Hi, I’m Michelle Lawson, a certified PN1 nutrition coach, wife, and proud mom of a busy, athletic boy. As a family centered woman, I know first hand the challenge of balancing health, family, and performance goals. For over six years, I’ve been coaching women to build sustainable nutrition habits that strengthen both body and mind. I also work with athletes who want to reach their peak potential, helping them fuel smarter, recover faster, and perform at their absolute best. My mission is simple; to empower and guide others toward a healthier, stronger, and more confident version of themselves.
